Abstract

In this report, we describe the use of Xenopus laevis oocytes injected with mRNA derived from cloned rat pituitary tumor (GH3) cells as a model system in which to study the mechanism of action of thyrotropin‐releasing hormone (TRH) and the regulation of the TRH receptor.
