Abstract

We design and simulate a broadband integrated silicon emitter to generate two coaxial orbital-angular-momentum beams with tunable mode orders (ℓ = {-1,0} or {0,+1}). Crosstalk <-15 dB is achieved over 1500-1600 nm.
