Abstract

The features of two-photon microscopy and spectroscopy application for the study of various piezoelectric nanoscale structures are presented. It is shown for peptide bio-nanotubes that the maximum second harmonic generation intensity changes along the structure. Linear microscopy reveals an axial void in the tube, unlike the SHG image is.
