N2 - Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) are crucial for the success of immunotherapy, and their density can predict prognosis. It has now been shown that computer-based analysis of the spatial organization of TILs adds prognostic value in early-stage non–small cell lung cancer, possibly improving the treatment algorithm to prevent recurrence.
