Abstract

Mixed IgM-IgG cryoglobulinemia was discovered in a patient with chronic myelogenous leukemia. Following sixteen months of treatment with Busulfan, remission was induced and the cryoglobulin disappeared. Mixed cryoglobulinemia might be related to the basic disease and the disappearance to its regression.
