N2 - We demonstrate complex mid-IR spectral phase and amplitude shaping spanning 2.5 - 5 μm, based on down-conversion of a shaped near-IR source, using chirped-pulse adiabatic difference frequency generation. The technique can be extended to multi-octave bandwidths.
