Abstract
The LIMA graft is considered a physiologically active conduit that is dependent on flow dynamics. Competitive flow through the nonobstructive native LAD in combination with impedance of flow through the internal mammary artery have been regarded as causes of the fleeting nature of the LIMA. We represent here a case that demonstrated this "dynamic" nature of the LIMA.
