Abstract

The NMR lineshapes of exchanging first-order spin-spin multiplets were calculated, taking into consideration the effect of T1 spin decoupling. Explicit expressions for line broadening and shift were derived for the system AX ⇄ BY and in one limiting case also for AmXn ⇄ BmYn, under the conditions where Swift and Connick's equations for single-spin systems are applicable.
