Abstract

Increased adhesiveness and aggregation (leukergy) is a known leukocyte response to inflammatory stimuli. It was shown that many elements of human homeostasis are affected by changing environmental physical factors. Thus, we evaluated the effect of geomagnetic activity on this phenomenon. We found that stormy (IV) geomagnetic activity tends to reduce leukocyte adhesiveness and aggregation ability.
