Abstract

Gynecological chylous reflux syndrome (GCRS) is characterized by genital discharge of chyle, due to congenital lymphangiectasis and insuffiiciency of the pelvic lymphatic channels. A girl with genital chylous reflux is presented. The CT manifestations are described.
