Abstract

DNA polymerase extracted from avian sarcoma virus strain B77 grown in duck embryo fibroblasts in medium containing [32P]orthophosphate was labeled. The label was associated exclusively with the β subunit, both in the αβ and the β2 forms of the enzyme.
