Lymphomatous infiltration of the testicle was found in six patients. In all of them the lymphomatous process was generalized, and in the majority the testicular manifestations were the presenting sign of the disease. In three patients simultaneous nasopharyngeal and testicular involvement was noted. All but one patient died 2-24 months following diagnosis. Testicular lymphomatous involvement is an ominous prognostic sign.
