abstract = "The temperature dependence of the magnetoresistance of an insulating Al70Pd22.5Re7.5 quasicrystal was discussed. The low magnetic field magnetoresistance data taken at liquid helium temperatures of an insulating Al70Pd22.5Re7.5 quasicrystal having a resistivity ratio ℜ = ρ(4.2 K)/ρ(300 K) equal to 77 was interpreted using theories of magnetoresistance in the variable-range hopping regime. The results showed that the magnetoresistance for samples with larger values of ℜ was small and negative at weak magnetic fields, and became large and positive at strong magnetic fields.",
