Abstract
A variety of primary and secondary malignancies may accumulate bone-seeking agents. We present a patient with metastatic chondrosarcoma to the lung that was shown to concentrate avidly Tc-99m MDP. To the best of the authors' knowledge, Tc-99m MDP uptake in metastatic chondrosarcoma of the lung has not been described previously.
