Abstract

A case of a heterotopic pregnancy is presented. Clinical manifestations included vaginal bleeding, and on ultrasonography a subchorionic hematoma was demonstrated. The subchorionic hematoma may be regarded as blood draining from the tubal pregnancy through the uterus. 1993 Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand
