Abstract

The conjunctival Mullers muscle resection (MMCR) is a useful procedure for the correction of ptosis. It has been traditionally performed by placing an absorbable or nonabsorbable suture from the conjunctiva to the tarsus. We describe a technique for MMCR without any internal suture. It is a rapid, safe, and effective procedure with high patient satisfaction.
