Abstract

The first successful surgical repair of subaortic annular aneurysm, associated with discrete subaortic stenosis and valvular aortic stenosis and incompetence, is reported. The literature concerning this rare malformation is reviewed, and problems of diagnosis and surgical management are discussed.
