Abstract

As in the case of the local Kerr non-linearity, in the medium with the strongly non-local positive cubic non-linearity, the spatial size of a sub-wavelength spatial transverse magnetic soliton cannot be smaller than wavelength of the carrier light. Moreover, this limitation is but particular case within a whole class of various dynamic regimes.
