Abstract

In this work, centrality and beam energy dependence of nd re studied in terms of number of participants) at midrapidity of Au-Au and Pb-Pb collisions. nd ere first parameterized using two component model which incorporates the contributions of hard and soft processes. Ratios of multiplicity densities per participant pair and transverse energy densities per participant pair were studied. The results indicating the influences of centrality and collision energy are also discussed.
