Abstract
Three cercariae are described from the freshwater snail Bithynia sidoniensis Mousson, collected in the 'Ada stream (near Binyamina) in 1975; a furcocercaria of the Vivax type (Cercaria Levantina 14) and two xiphidiocercariae(Cercariae Levantinae 15 and 16). Details are presented on the morphology and swimming activities of the cercariae as well as on their development within and emergence from the snail. Encystation attempts by one of the cercariae (Cercaria Levan tina 16) are described.
