N2 - FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metallurgy field. Particularly it concerns metal coating processes and electric steel-making. Invention provides receiving of hot reducing gases at steam coal or any coal-containing waste products gasification with temperature 1500-1600°C and simultaneous receiving of liquid cast iron in aggregate of liquid-phase reconditioning, operating in variegated mode. Hot reducing gas is cooled inside of recuperator, it is implemented charging of oxidised pellet and feeding of cooled reducing gas into blast furnace, pellet metal coating in blast furnace. In aggregate of liquid-phase reconditioning and blast furnace there are used ore materials which do not contain titanium oxide and vanadium. Temperature of hot reducing gas after cooling in recuperator on the entrance to blast furnace is 750-830°C. Cast iron, metal coated pellets and breakage are charged into arc furnace. Metal mixture of arc furnace is 50-60 % of metal coated pellets, 30-40 % of liquid cast iron and not less then 10 % of metal mixture. In the issue of invention usage coal consumption for gasification is reduced for 10-15 %, content of breakage is reduced till 10 % and less. ^ EFFECT: reduction of steel energy content, provides absence of nonferrous metal detrimental impurities in steel and improving of its operating ability. ^ 1 dwg
