Abstract
The synthesis problem of deriving static output-feedback H∞ controllers for systems with delays in the measurements is considered. The resulting controllers include a state-prediction part but are otherwise realized by static gains. The method of the present paper, extends the results of Yaesh and Shaked (1997a) that considered the case of zero delay. By an appropriate augmentation of the plant, the results can be applied to design PID compensators for various process and flight control systems.
