Sonographic liver changes prior to clinical signs of preeclampsia

Abstract

Abnormal liver findings on sonography consistent with subcapsular hematoma were seen in a patient prior to clinical and laboratory evidence of preclampsia and hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet count (HELLP) syndrome.
