Solitons in two-dimensional arrays of χ(2) Waveguides

Abstract

Solitons in two-dimensional arrays of second-harmonic-generating waveguides were presented. The two-dimensional bundle of second-harmonic-generating waveguides was described by the equations. Results showed that a stable fundamental soliton can be found for all values of the couplings. Stable vortex solitons (VS) of the (1,0) and (1,2) types were also found.
