Abstract

This article reports on a patient who underwent conservative surgery for ectopic pregnancy on her single tube and subsequently conceived after induction of ovulation. She had simultaneous intrauterine twins and an EUP. It is, as far as we know, the first reported case of concomitant pregnancies after conservative surgery for ectopic pregnancy in a patient with a single tube.
