Abstract

A. simple, fully distributed, and robust algorithm is proposed for the sharing and acquisition of message identifiers in metropolitan-area networks, such as the Distributed-Queue-Dual-Bus, which is also known as Queued-Packet-Synchronous-Switch (QPSX) network.
