Abstract
The sensitivity of phase-conjugate resonators to phase perturbations is analyzed numerically. It is shown that as long as the phaseconjugate mirror (PCM) intercepts most of the light traveling towards it, this type of resonator provides much improvement over conventional optical cavities.
