Abstract

A study of self-consistent mode-coupling theory for self-diffusion in quantum liquids was performed. Within the framework of a quantum mode-coupling theory, a closed, self-consistent equation for velocity autocorrelation function of a quantum liquid was derived. The static input required by the solution of the quantum generalized Langevin equation was generated by an appropriate path-integral Monte Carlo scheme.
