Abstract

This paper presents the typical symptomatology of an acute abdomen characterized secondary disc space infection in a 40-year-old male. A negative laparotomy directed towards further search. There was a diagnosis of disc space infection, which was treated by evacuation of abscess and anterior spinal fusion.
