Abstract
Radial keratotomy has recently been introduced for the correction of myopia. This procedure does not hinder progression of the pathophysiological changes in the myopic eye. We hereby describe a case of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment operation after radial keratotomy and present the operative considerations and refractive results.
