Abstract
The kinetics of decay of OH radicals in the presence of carbon disulfide was studied by a direct time-resolved 'laser photolysis-laser fluorescence' method. The shape of the kinetic decay curves corresponds to the 'combination' mechanism. The rate constants for the forward and reverse reactions between OH radicals and carbon disulfide molecules and between their adduct and ozone were measured.
