Abstract

Nocardiosis is a rare complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in adults and has not been reported, to the best of our knowledge, in children with SLE. We describe a 12-year-old girl with SLE who developed multiple pulmonary lesions caused by No-cardia asteroid.es.
