Abstract
A case of pseudolymphoma of the lung in a patient complaining of chest pain and cough is presented. On chest x-ray a coin lesion was found in the right lung and surgical removal was performed. In view of the histological diagnosis, postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy was not given. The patient is well and asymptomatic two years after operation,
