Abstract

The restoration of teeth with endo-perio lesion is challenging due to the uncertain prognosis; however, some principles remain controversial. This chapter emphasizes the uniqueness of restoring those teeth and some important considerations when such treatment is planned. It was determined that preservation of tooth structure and using the suitable restorative materials and techniques are crucial for long-term success indicating restoration type or material to be used, post placement or not, tooth preparation importance, est.
