Abstract

The authors present a case of a patient suffering from profuse diaphoresis as the sole manifestation of myocardial ischemia (syndrome x or coronary vasospasm). The diagnosis was established by positive exercise thallium 201 im aging and normal-appearing coronary arteriogram.
