Abstract

The operational and probablistic interpretention of quantum mechanics were discussed. The outcomes of measurements on a state in quantum mechanics have a probabilistic interpretation while the evolution of the state is treated deterministically. An information-theoretic interpretation can also be used to treat the evolutions by defining the entropy of a completely positive map. A super-dense coding was generalized to send quantum information contained in unitaries.
