Abstract
A 30-year-old woman with livedo reticularis, central retinal vein thrombosis, vascular purpura and primary pulmonary hypertension is described. It seems that these findings were not a result of a mere coincidence and that at least in some of the patients, primary pulmonary hypertension may be apart of a generalized angiopathic process.
