Power-law time dependences in recombination kinetics

Abstract

We discuss several kinetic schemes for carrier recombination which, in the framework of continuous-time random walks, lead to power-law time dependences. We focus on unimolecular and bimolecular type reactions and show the role of the dimensionality.
