Abstract
Atlantoaxial rotatory fixation is a rare entity occurring during childhood following trauma. A case of an 8-year-old girl with atlantoaxial rotatory fixation is described. Diagnosis was confirmed by computerized tomography, and the patient was treated by C1-C2 posterior fusion.
