Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate adiabatic wavelength conversion using a time-varying epsilon-near-zero-based metasurface. We observe up to 47-nm redshift with 4-GW/cm2 pump peak intensity. The wavelength shift depends on both pump-probe delay time and pump peak intensity.
