Planar nano-scale one-way optical guiding

Abstract

We study the combined effect of transverse magnetization and longitudinal geometric rotation (longitudinal chirality) in plasmonic particle chains. Strong non-reciprocity and one-way guiding are reported. The structure is planar and can be fabricated by printing.
