Abstract

Geleophysic dysplasia is a rare skeletal dysplasia characterized by 'happy-natured' facies, short stature with short limbs, brachydactyly, and joint contractures. This report describes a case of a patient with unilateral Legg-Calvé-Perthes-like changes associated with dysplastic proximal capital femoral epiphysis, typical of geleophysic dysplasia.
