Abstract

• Injectable fillers are commonly used for periorbital rejuvenation and correction of postenucleation socket syndrome. • HA-based fillers are the most commonly used filler in the periocular area. • Most often, periocular fillers are incidental findings on imaging. • Fillers have characteristic imaging features on CT, MRI, and on PET-CT scans. • Acquaintance with the imaging features of the commonly used injectable fillers is of paramount importance especially in circumstances where patients deny, forget, or otherwise are unaware of the filler used. • This chapter presents key imaging features of the commonly used periocular fillers.
