Paresthesia caused by Endomethasone

A case is described in which long-lasting paresthesia of the right side of the lower lip occurred after using Endomethasone as a sealer. The sealer penetrated into the mandibular canal and ran posteriorly about a third of the length of the mandibular canal in the ascending ramus.
