Abstract
In this chapter, we will review Arabic Palestinian and Israeli parenting beliefs, values, and practices along the years, while emphasizing the changes that have been evolving along the years in each society. For instance, we will describe the unique parenting practices in Kibbutzim that were predominant until the 1990s in the Israeli, as well as the traditional patriarchal structure of Arab families, and the current situation in our challenging geopolitical context.
