Abstract

The delivery of services to people is exemplified in two models and analyzed from two different points of view: the provider and the customer. Results indicate that optimal decisions which are made by providers, based on cost minimization, coincide with optimal choices of the customers which are based on the minimization of the total regret of the recipients.
