Optical light bullets in a pure Kerr medium

Abstract

The existence of optical bullets in planar waveguide Kerr media is predicted theoretically and verified numerically. These non dissipative bullets are stabi¬lized by small negative fourth-order dispersion and undergo elastic collisions.
