Abstract

Output voltage voltage or current stabilization of switched mode converter implies buffering of the output terminals from the input. In this paper the buffering condition is formulated. It is shown that the buffering condition implies a negative power source characteristic at the input terminals, which results in a negative resisistive characteristic at the small signal model.
