Abstract
Norwegian scabies following topical corticosteroid therapy was observed in a 78-yr-old man who suffered from Kaposi's sarcoma, diabetes mellitus, and chronic renal failure. Different factors involved in the development of the disease and difficulties in its diagnosis are discussed.
