Abstract

The added benefit of CART analysis is the depiction of models that facilitate the development of new interventions to improve participation rates. We maintain, based on this analysis carried out in our hospital, that these models are site specific and that the corrective actions taken will need to be site specific. We do recommend that such data collection and analysis become an integral component of patient recruitment efforts in programs of cardiac rehabilitation.
